Lonati (Liaoyuan) Textile Technology Co., Ltd. is a wholly foreign-owned enterprise held by Lonati (Shanghai) Textile Technology Co., Ltd. Its core business focuses on the research and development, manufacturing and technical services of specialized textile equipment, particularly hosiery knitting machines. Established on September 29, 2025, the company is located in Longshan District, Liaoyuan City, Jilin Province, and is registered as a limited liability company (wholly foreign-owned).
As the third wholly-owned subsidiary established by Italy’s LONATI S.P.A Group in China following Lonati (Shanghai) Textile Technology Co., Ltd. and Lonati (Zhejiang) Textile Technology Co., Ltd. It further strengthens the Group’s production base coverage and market penetration in China.
